The hotel offered free parking and a clean swimming pool, which was perfect for a quick dip in the hot weather. The location was also great, as it was close to the beach and within walking distance to various restaurants and entertainment options. It was convenient to have everything we needed nearby.
The customer service was lacking. The staff was unhelpful and didn't address our concerns or provide any compensation for the inconveniences we experienced.

Room had a horrible smell, bathroom smelled like smoke and urine we stayed and hour or so and left, we payed $83.000 dlls for this parking lot not able to turn had to back up all the way to the exit. Need lots of cleaning and remodeling.

I guess it wasn't the hotels fault but our rooms where not ready because Booked.net had not provided them with my credit card information so they did not have a room for me ready.. im pregnant and i had to be arguing with receptionist for at least 30 min to get me a room.. it disappointing and don't think i will ever use booking .com for my reservations

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a big TV. the staff was polite and helpful, giving us recommendations on nearby restaurants and things to do. the hotel was located close to shops and some good places to eat, which was convenient. Plus, the hot tub was a nice way to relax at the end of the day.
Our romantic escape was not all we had hoped for. the walls were thin, and we could hear everything our neighbors were doing.

The location was great, close to the beach and walking distance from a bakery and some restaurants. The staff also offered a complementary breakfast and free parking which was a nice surprise.
Our Thanksgiving stay was ruined by the lack of hot water in the hotel. We had to shower in cold water every day, which was not a pleasant experience.
